All you teenage love gurus: ADVICE?

alright so this girl i like i call her booboo and she calls me babes, tigger and all that cute stuff but i cant tell if shes saying it cus she likes me too or if thats her speech, another thing, she asked me "what would you do if i kissed you? hypothetically speaking?" and i said "i would kiss you back y waste the moment" and i asked her the same question and she said "i would kiss you back lol"....now all of this is an indication of what? what should my next move be? ive met complicated girls who just say this stuff for convo purposes and i tried taking it a step further and it got wierd so what should i do?
