Will I have problems entering USA with my collection of tea?

When you enter the USA you have to declare all plant products of this kind and I can't imagine them waving these through. More likely they will be confiscated -- and they might even decide to subject you and your baggage to closer scrutiny, which is an unpleasant experience. If you want to take tea in, make sure that it is commercially sealed and packaged.
