How do I stop my 4 month old Lhasa Apso from eating her poop?

Also she is quite good at doing her business outside but with the weather changes and rain she will not totally release her bladder then comes inside and really messes up the floor. also we are having a difficult time getting her in her crate she figts us and even treats inside she hesitates going in . thankyou I look forword to your timely response. grateful puppyowner
