My tax return is taking Wayy Too Long.... (Canada)?

I filed my tax return in Mid-March of this year, although I did file 3 years at once. I am disabled, so on the tax return I checked off "Disability Tax Credit" not knowing what it was, which I am qualified for but I didn't use that much of a tax credit so I called them back and said "Please Remove that from my tax return for all years" They said it would take 4 weeks to do that adjustment and 4 weeks later my 2010 tax return cleared. But they said that they don't have any indication of my other 2 years that I filed, even though I sent all 3 in the same envelope. I am thinking about sending the other 2 years in AGAIN but i'm afraid that might slow the process even more... Its been 17 Weeks since I sent in my returns. I am supposed to be getting money back for each year and things are getting tight around here..... Does anyone have experience with this type of situation?
