My dog barks out of stranger anxiety?

My 2 year old Lhasa Apso barks non-stop in an anxious, not aggressive manner whenever ANYONE comes to my house, even if they have been there before. She also puts out a horrible smell from her anal glands. How can I calm her so that I can have friends and family over to my home.
