Found a lost kitten... Not sure what to feed it. Please help?

I found a kitten today in a nearby dumpster, and brought her home. She appears to be healthy, but I'm not sure what to feed her. All I had in the house was dry cat food, and she's eating it, but I think she may be struggling with it. She's small enough to fit in one hand and her eyes are still that bluish color that baby kittens have, if that's any indication of her age. Am I ok feeding her dry catfood, or should I find something else? I'd appreciate any feedback I can get. Thanks.
